Final Balance  must be paid 10 days prior to the event.  Final balance may be paid by check or credit card, unless payment is less than 10 days prior, then it must be cash or certified check.

Take-Home  food is not allowed.  Left-over food must not leave the premises due to insurance policy rules.

Onsite exchange of vows are available, including a rehearsal evening, based on availability.  Bride may arrive at  Leone’s 1/2 hour prior to the ceremony.  

Day  events start at 12:00 p.m. Evening parties end at 10:00 p.m. or later, depending on the prior event that day.  Ask if you have a special circumstance.

Decorating:  you may decorate the room 1/2 hour prior to the contracted time.
